Josh has worked in virtually every part of the asphalt industry. His experience goes far beyond operating equipment—he knows how to organize a crew, troubleshoot problems in the field, keep a job moving efficiently, and deliver a finished product that meets his high standards.
He’s extremely particular about the quality of his work. Proper preparation, grading, compaction, paving technique, and finishing all matter. He believes working efficiently should never mean cutting corners.
Most importantly, Josh believes in being honest and straightforward with his customers. He’ll tell you what your property actually needs, explain your options, and give you an honest assessment rather than trying to sell you work you don’t need.

Josh has never been the type to watch the clock or call it a day just because the hours are up. If a job requires a 14-hour day—or longer—to get it where it needs to be, he’ll put in the time. He thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays focused under pressure, and is always looking ahead to what needs to happen next.
Years in the field have taught him how to keep a job moving without losing control of the details. He knows how to adapt when conditions change, solve problems as they come up, and make decisions quickly when something isn’t going according to plan. Instead of waiting around for someone else to figure it out, Josh is the person who steps in and gets it handled.
